In 1994 The English Quadrille was invited to perform at Audley End House, near Cambridge, as part of the English Heritage Open Air Concert Series.Working with The Wren Orchestra conducted by John Bradbury, the group performed Strauss waltzes and polkas in 1860s costume to the accompaniment of a spectacular firework display.

In 1995, English Heritage invited the Quadrille to appear at Kenwood House in north London, with Anthony Hose and the London Mozart Players.

This programme included a specially choreographed performance of the Emperor Waltz by Johann Strauss II, for which the group created costumes reflecting the fashions of the early 1890s.

The 1996 performance, with John Bradbury and the Riverside Orchestra at Marble Hill House, Twickenham, featured a new choreography of Franz Lehar's Gold and Silver Waltz. 1997 saw performances of Ragtime dances at Wrest Park and Brodsworth Hall.
